Association leaders have a responsibility to be an integral part of a positive social conversation, however, this type of discussion is typically outside the traditional realm and mission of trade associations. This session will identify some common bias' we have as individuals, how you can address social issues with your staff and with your members, and the association's role in supporting diverse perspectives.
