A certified healthcare meeting professional, with more than two decades of experience, Tracey has dedicated her career to providing leadership in medical meetings and event management, particularly in the educational space. Prior to starting Behind the Scenes, in 2021, Tracey served as the Executive Director at Complete Conference Management for almost 10 years where she was responsible for overseeing the strategy for the development and execution of fundable, innovative continuing medical education (CME) activities. Before then, Tracey served as a Senior Specialist in Education for the American College of Cardiology in Washington, D.C. where she managed meetings for tens of thousands of physicians. At Behind the Scenes, she partners with universities, institutions, and key opinion leaders on the development of educational activities aimed at increasing knowledge and competence in physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals ultimately benefiting patient care and patient outcomes. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in business from Howard University in Washington, DC.
