Tracy specializes in the intersection of learning science and technology. They are a thought leader, master learning designer and DELP Scholar. Their work has been featured on NBC, ABC, FOX, USA Today, Forbes, The Star Tribune and hundreds of nationally syndicated television, newspaper, and magazine outlets. Tracy is featured as a chapter author in the award-winning Routledge text, Microlearning in the Digital Age: The Design and Delivery of Learning in Snippets.

Kate Ratcliffe, CWEP, CMP

Kate Ratcliffe is currently the Marketing Manager for CommPartners. Previously, she was an Event Producer for CommPartners, specializing in Virtual Conferences, Livestreams, and Webinars. 

Before joining CommPartners in 2018, Kate was an Event Services Coordinator at the University of Maryland, College Park, a Jr. Event Designer in Washington D.C. and an Event Manager for NCSI, Inc., a company that specializes in trade shows and conferences for the DoD. 

After graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2013 with her degree in Sociology, Kate also earned her Certified Wedding and Event Planner (CWEP) designation from George Mason University. After gaining professional experience with on-site events, she earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2018.
