As an Account Manager at Cadmium, I help to assist with product solutions and maintaining client relationships. After being on the EthosCE team for 11 years leading the support desk, I am excited to continue to work with EthosCE clients, connect with new clients, and dive into our Event Tech products and the event industry.
Hobbies include: Reading, Traveling, teaching ZUMBA, adventures with my son Carlo

Gina Buoncristiano, PMP
Supervisor, LMS Operations

Gina Buoncristiano, PMP is the current LMS Supervisor for the EthosCE product. She has been working with Cadmium since 2021, first as a project manager. She is an active member of the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions.
Gina is a Philadelphia native, graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Education and a Bachelor of Arts in History. Recently, Gina achieved the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
Before joining the Cadmium team, Gina had a diverse career in the non-profit sector and education. Over the years, Gina has taken on various roles, including Teacher, Gallery Educator, Program Manager, and Events Coordinator. This breadth of experience has equipped Gina with a unique skill set and a comprehensive understanding of both educational and non-profit environments.

Erin Bawono (Moderator)
Senior Product Marketing Manager

In early 2024, Erin joined Cadmium as our Sr. Product Marketing Manager. Her years of experience span roles in strategic marketing, local marketing, operations, and product marketing within the telecom industry. Here at Cadmium, Erin bridges the gap between product development and market needs by driving high-quality go-to-market plans, creating compelling product positioning and driving customer engagement.
Erin earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and later her MBA at Webster University. She resides in Kansas City with her husband and two children and enjoys movies, hiking, and local sporting events.
