Eventscribe Schedule Builder in Action: Smarter Scheduling, Better Agendas, Less Time

Includes a Live Web Event on 10/08/2026 at 3:00 PM (EDT)

Building a conference schedule by hand means weighing hundreds of decisions at once: which sessions compete for the same audience, which speakers are overextended, which topics cluster too heavily in one time slot. Most teams get it right eventually, but it takes days of work that could be spent elsewhere.

Eventscribe Schedule Builder changes that equation. In this session we'll show you how it turns your existing Eventscribe Speaker Management data into a conflict-free, optimized agenda in minutes, factoring in speaker availability, topic overlap, audience competition, room setup, and nearly any custom rules that matter to your program. You'll see it in action, including what happens when something changes mid-process, and how planners stay in full control of every placement from start to finish.

Learning Objectives:

  1. See how Eventscribe Schedule Builder builds an optimized, conflict-free agenda from your existing session data, simultaneously factoring in speaker availability, topic overlap, audience needs, track, and more.
  2. Understand how the scheduler gets you to a strong first draft in minutes, and how planners refine, pin, and override placements to make the final schedule their own.
  3. Learn how re-optimization works when something changes, whether that's speaker availability or a room shift, so your team spends minutes adjusting instead of hours reworking.
