With a decade of experience interfacing with clients and delivering exceptional attendee experiences, Allison excels in virtual and on-site support for live events. As a product specialist for Cadmium's EventTech software, she goes beyond implementation, providing comprehensive training on Cadmium products to internal team members and extending support to both new and existing customers. She helps dozens of associations and conference management groups to organize, maintain, and manage their event data by walking them through product training, troubleshooting, and submitting their feedback to the Product Owners and Development teams.
Allison resides in Forest Hill and holds a BFA in Digital Arts & Design from Towson University and a Digital Event Strategist (DES) certification from PCMA.
